Customer service department
In accordance with the regulations on transparency and protection of customers, Crescenta Investments, SGIIC, S.A. makes available to its customers a Customer Service Department (hereinafter, CSD).
The functions of this Department are to attend and resolve the complaints and claims of its customers.
In order to make a complaint or claim, the customer must first contact the head of the CSD of Crescenta Investments, SGIIC, S.A. at:

In the form and terms established by Order ECO/734/2004, of 11 March, the CSD will attend and resolve the complaints and claims submitted by its customers within two months of their submission.
In second instance, once the CSD channel has been exhausted, they may contact the Complaints Service of the CNMV:
